Management Fees

Property Management Fee: $200. FLAT FEE*                                                                           

*Applies to a single-family home under a one-year lease. For different property situations a customized quote will be provided, just ask.

Onboarding & Setup Fees: $175. ANUALLY *                                                                              

This fee is charged at the start of the lease and annually thereafter for file set up. 

Tenant Late Fee Collection:                                                                                                              

If any installment of rent due from tenant is not received by Synergy Property Management within 5 calendar days after the due date the appropriate late fee will be collected and initiate tenant compliance procedures as needed, when allowed.     

Additional Services:

Work outside the scope of the standard Property Management Agreement will require a separate, pre-approved fee determined before work begins.
