Management Fees

"Leasing fees average 50 to 75 % of the first months rent." We will advertise your property and do the paperwork for a low flat fee: $800.00

Leasing and property management can be done seperately. If you decide to do both, call for a special rate!

Property Management Fee: $200. FLAT FEE A MONTH*

*Applies to a  single-family home under a one-year lease. For different property situations a customized quote will be provided, just ask.  We can property manage your home even if its currently under a lease, let us take over the challenges that come with being a landlord.

Onboarding & Setup Fees: $175. ANUALLY *                                                                              

This fee is charged at the start of the lease and annually thereafter for file set up. 

Tenant Late Fee Collection:                                                                                                              

If any installment of rent due from tenant is not received by Synergy Property Management within 5 calendar days after the due date the appropriate late fee will be collected and initiate tenant compliance procedures as needed, when allowed.     

Additional Services:

Work outside the scope of the standard Property Management Agreement will require a separate, pre-approved fee determined before work begins.
